1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the cd333 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services available at cd333.im.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a registered player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "cd333" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the cd333 Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports event, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the Platform including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other product cd333 makes available now or in the future.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. cd333 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. cd333 may request documentary proof of age at any time, and Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and any winnings voided.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online wagering is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. cd333 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location.

3.3 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You may not use a pseudonym, alias, or false identity at any stage of the registration process.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify cd333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Verification (KYC)

cd333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the lifecycle of your Account. This may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the temporary restriction of Account features, including the suspension of withdrawal requests, until documentation is received and reviewed.

4.2 Account Currency

Accounts denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) display balances using the ৳ symbol. Players who deposit via cryptocurrency will have their balance converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, unless a crypto-denominated account type is selected at registration.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. cd333 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month to inactive Accounts where a positive balance exists, after providing the email notification required under Section 14. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be closed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

cd333 accepts deposits via all Supported Payment Methods listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier interface. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt of funds.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed as follows:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically within 15 minutes of approval for verified Accounts.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically within 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1–3 business days.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC-20, BTC, ETH): within one network confirmation, typically under 30 minutes.

These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. cd333 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or network congestion.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have passed KYC verification to the level required by the requested withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same Account, or to a method whose ownership has been verified through documentation.
• Active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be completed or the relevant bonus forfeited before a withdrawal is processed.
• cd333 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 or for unusual withdrawal patterns flagged by our AML systems.

5.4 Fees

cd333 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors, mobile banking operators, or blockchain network miners may apply their own charges, for which cd333 accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

cd333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion's detail page. Where no specific requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x applies to the bonus amount.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Typical contribution rates are:

6.5 Seasonal Promotions

cd333 periodically runs seasonal promotions tied to events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only.

7 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

cd333 maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing policy in accordance with internationally recognised standards. All players are subject to this policy without exception.

7.1 Transaction Monitoring

cd333 continuously monitors account activity and transaction patterns for indicators of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime. Unusual activity may trigger an automatic review, during which withdrawal processing may be paused pending investigation.

7.2 Source of Funds

For large deposits or where transaction patterns raise concern, cd333 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds being deposited. Acceptable documentation includes payslips, bank statements, tax filings, business accounts, or investment statements. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in Account suspension.

7.3 Reporting Obligations

cd333 cooperates fully with legitimate law enforcement inquiries and may be required by applicable law or court order to disclose account information or transaction records. Players are advised not to use the Platform for any purpose that would require the origin of funds to be concealed.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All Wagers are subject to cd333's acceptance. cd333 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including in cases where a manifest error in odds or game parameters has occurred, where a market is suspended, or where irregular betting patterns are detected.

8.2 Manifest Errors

A manifest error occurs where odds, lines, or game parameters are published in clear and obvious error — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with the true probability of an event due to a technical fault or human input error. cd333 reserves the right to void any Wager placed under manifest error conditions, regardless of whether the Wager has been settled. Where possible, cd333 will notify affected players promptly.

8.3 Void Bets

A Wager may be voided in circumstances including: cancellation of the relevant event before its scheduled conclusion; failure of a game or software to complete normally; detection of match-fixing or event manipulation; or breach of these Terms by the player. Voided Wagers are returned to the Account at stake value.

8.4 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected sports events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and international leagues. Live markets may be suspended at any time at cd333's discretion, including during key moments of an event. Bets placed immediately before a suspension are subject to review.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from collusion with other players to influence game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in or benefiting from any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or event manipulation.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging any person under the age of 21 to access the Platform or place Wagers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with Platform software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cd333 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, graphics, logos, game assets, audio files, video streams, text, and the overall layout and arrangement of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of cd333 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from cd333.

The cd333 name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of cd333 and may not be used without express written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside cd333's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. cd333 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

11.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cd333 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.3 Cap on Liability

In no event shall cd333's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Exclusions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cd333's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

cd333 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across Bangladesh. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for a minority of players, and we take proactive steps to support those who may be at risk.

12.1 Available Tools

All registered players have access to the following Responsible Gaming Tools, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods to prevent unplanned spend.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).

12.2 Age Restriction

13 Termination & Suspension

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting cd333 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any positive balance remaining after the settlement of outstanding Wagers will be returned to your nominated Supported Payment Method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

13.2 Termination by cd333

cd333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or AML concern; failure to pass KYC verification; provision of false registration information; or conduct that cd333 reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other players, or third parties.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure or suspension, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited. Real-money balances held in good standing will be returned to you subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or AML review processes.

14 Amendments to These Terms

cd333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cd333 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your Account, by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, or both.

Non-material amendments (including typographic corrections, clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be construed and governed in accordance with the applicable legal framework of the jurisdiction in which cd333 is licensed to operate.

15.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and cd333, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, any relevant account details, and the outcome you are seeking. cd333 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the response from our customer support team, you may request that the matter be escalated to cd333's senior compliance team for a final internal review. The outcome of that review will be communicated in writing within 10 business days of escalation.

15.3 Final Decisions

With respect to disputes concerning game outcomes, bet settlement, or bonus calculations, cd333's server-side logs and system records constitute the definitive and authoritative record of all activity on the Platform. Where server records are available, they will take precedence over any client-side data (e.g., screenshots) submitted by a player.
